Well here is a bit of great news. The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho has been really kind to the advanced printmaking students of BYUI in the past. So as a result they have ask me and my friend and fellow printmaker Nick Bontorno to teach workshops at there museum in the different methods of printmaking. Well there, it really has been a while since I last posted. Mostly it has just been life that has taken over but I am still doing artwork. Well here is a mezzotint print of a phone in the window. The process uses a tool called rocker to make the dark area then we use a burnisher and scraper to make the light areas out of the dark.
